Liam Cavanagh and Chas Dingle were caught out on Emmerdale as Ella Forster discovered their relationship.
Liam and Chas recently reignited their spark following his break-up with Ella, with the pair keeping their new relationship a secret from almost everybody.
With Ella seemingly closer to discovering the truth, Thursday’s (November 28) episode began with Chas imploring Liam to tell his former flame about their romance, with the doctor begrudgingly agreeing after some persuasion.

A hurried Liam attempted to downplay the situation with Ella after she entered the house, with John’s persistent calling making Liam’s guilt look more obvious. Ella demanded that he play the recorded message, which confirmed her suspicions.
A half-dressed Chas eventually entered the room, with Ella chastising Liam for his behaviour throughout their relationship as she reasoned that he had “kicked her whilst she was down”. She subsequently criticised Chas for her part, saying the pair “deserved each other”.
Fresh from discovering the truth, Ella confided to Mandy that she truly believed that Liam was “the one”, though an optimistic Mandy assured her that it would take little time for her to get over the matter and find a new partner.
