Emmerdale hints at Al and Chas being caught out in storm episodes

Emmerdale's Al Chapman risks exposing his own affair next week as a deadly storm hits the village.

Al, his fiancée Kerry Wyatt and his secret lover Chas Dingle are three of the characters who'll be taking centre stage in the 50th anniversary episodes next week.

As previously announced, a dangerous windstorm will hit the village and leave the lives of much-loved characters hanging in the balance.

At the start of next week's episodes, Chas tries to keep her distance from Al after paying a heavy price for her secret affair.

Watching on, Al is forced to make a choice over who to help.

Al rushes to Chas's side, leaving Kerry baffled as she gets back on her feet alone and observes their dynamic from afar.

Teasing the 50th anniversary episodes, Emmerdale producer Laura Shaw recently said: "Al and Chas have grown a lot closer now but will their affair finally be exposed? Viewers will have to wait and see!"
