Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Wednesday's Emmerdale (August 4) saw the beginning of Sarah Sugden's health crisis storyline, as she had to excuse herself from the room as tensions rose between Faith and Cain Dingle.
Last night's episode saw Faith being given the all-clear following her cancer diagnosis and she happily told her daughter Chas the good news.
However, Faith decided against telling Cain and Sarah as, the next day, Cain had agreed to take them for a family day out at The Hop as part of Sarah's plan to get them talking again.
However, the next morning, Faith was feeling worse for wear after celebrating her good news the night before. When Chas asked her what Cain's reaction was to her news, Faith admitted she hasn't told him or Sarah yet, but promised she would that day.
Later at The Hop, Cain seemed in a good mood as he greeted Faith and Sarah before they went climbing. Afterwards, Sarah went to excuse herself with Faith remarking that she seemed more out of breath than her.

When Faith and Cain were alone, he told her that she did pretty well for a woman in her "condition" before adding that he may have been a bit hard on her.
Cain then offered to come with Faith when she got her test results, but she declined his offer. After Cain pushed to find out why she wouldn't want his support at such an important time, Faith was forced to admit it was because she'd already been given the all-clear.
Faith tried to explain that things had been going so well between them that she didn't want to ruin it, but Cain was furious. He told her that even if she lived to be 100 their relationship would never be repaired.
Meanwhile, Sarah arrived in the Woolpack to find Chas celebrating with a glass of champagne. Assuming Faith had told her the good news, Chas accidentally spilled that Faith had been given the all-clear.
Faith then appeared as an upset Sarah told her that she has to live with health worries about herself every day and doesn't need to also be worried about her grandmother too.
That's when Cain made his way into the Woolpack, telling Faith she doesn't deserve to be part of the family. As they argued, Sarah clutched her heart and left, with Cain blaming Faith.

Spoilers have already revealed that Sarah is set to try and find out more about her heart donor's family after she mysteriously collapses.
Speaking last month, actress Katie Hill, who plays Sarah, said to Inside Soap magazine: "With Leanna dying and Granny Faith's mystery illness all her fears are definitely heightened... she's consumed by utter fear.
"Sarah is determined to learn about (her donor family), and I can tell you that she's really determined. Sarah starts investigating things for herself, and she does find someone in the family who agrees to meet her."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
