Emmerdale's Sarah Sugden will make a major decision next week after a sudden collapse causes her to think about her heart transplant once again.
In scenes to air next week, Sarah (Katie Hill) will bump into Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) at the graveyard, who begins to reflect on his daughter Leanna's recent shock death.
As Liam talks about how fate can just decide when it's your time to go, Sarah, who at the age of 16 has already battled cancer and undergone a life-saving heart transplant, becomes panicked.

Feeling anxious, Sarah rushes home and ends up slumping onto the floor. What has caused Sarah's shock collapse?

Later on, as she recovers from the incident, Sarah finally opens up to her relatives Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) over her feelings about her heart donor, who she received her heart from three years ago.
Cain decides to hand Sarah the information he has about her donor, hoping that he's done the right thing by sharing the details.

But what will Sarah do with this information – could she be about to try to track down her donor's family?
Sarah's decision comes as the Dingle family feud looks set to be ignited again. Sarah's great-grandmother Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) has been hoping to grow closer to her family, and next week books some activities at the Hawksford Outdoor Pursuits centre for herself and Sarah.
Sarah invites Cain to come along too, and the trio enjoy their time together. However, the mood takes a turn when Cain questions Faith about when she will receive her cancer test results.

When Faith admits she's already received them but hasn't found the right time to share the news, Cain decides that he can't trust her.
