Emmerdale's Mandy Dingle and Leyla Harding go into competition next week after some surprising news from Bernice Blackstock.
Mandy (Lisa Riley) announces that Bernice has been in touch over the future of the salon, creating a possible new opportunity for her.
Bernice has decided to give Mandy and Leyla (Roxy Shahidi) until 2.30pm the following day to get some money together for the salon.
Whoever comes up with the cash first will secure the lease – meaning there's no time to waste.

Mandy is determined to come out on top and comes up with various ways to get the money together as quickly as possible.
Her partner Paul Ashdale (Reece Dinsdale) also starts to wonder how he could help, although this could be a dangerous proposition due to his secret issues with a gambling addiction.
Can Mandy use this chance to turn her fortunes around, or is Leyla destined to triumph on this one? All will be revealed.

Bernice left the village in November 2019 after a surprising phone call led to her heading off to Australia, where she later decided to stay.
The popular character's departure came after Samantha Giles decided to leave the show to pursue other projects. She had been back in the role of Bernice since 2012.
Emmerdale airs these scenes on Tuesday, October 13 at 7pm on ITV.
