Emmerdale spoilers for future scenes follow.
Marlon Dingle and Al Chapman will be facing off once again in one of Emmerdale's lockdown episodes.
Next week will see Marlon (Mark Charnock) at wit's end as he is facing lockdown out of his usual home due to plumbing issues, while April and Leo are living in different houses in the village.
He has bunked up with Ellis (Aaron Anthony), but is stunned to find out that Ellis has allowed his dad Al (Michael Wildman) to move in too because he had nowhere else to stay.
It doesn't take long before old tensions between Marlon and former love rival Al resurface, as they are in extremely close quarters – not to mention Ellis's own troubled relationship with his father coming to the forefront.
Ellis wants to use the lockdown to get answers on many of the questions he's had about his absent dad, while Marlon is struggling to even remain calm while under the same roof as his nemesis.

Mark Charnock has confirmed that Marlon will be "incandescent with rage" and "astounded" when he finds out he'll have to share a home with Al.
"He is not a fan of Al at all, Marlon loathes Al most of all. It was Al who broke up his marriage and wrecked his domestic life," he pointed out.
The actor added: "Al is the person who would be at the bottom of Marlon's list to isolate with. He wants Al to get out and Ellis tells him if Al is going, then he has to go."
The actor also addressed whether Marlon and Ellis's growing bond will also cause tension with Al, as he gets to observe them up close.
"The episode puts Marlon and Al in the last situation that either of them would pick and watching them try and get their heads around each other and in the middle of it all is Ellis," Charnock teased.
He went on: "[It's about] the complexities of fatherhood and doing the right thing as a dad. It shows a thawing of this mutual distrust, it's warm-hearted and it shows the compromises you have to make as a human being to get through a crisis. It's about people trying to do the right thing despite their reservations."
Emmerdale currently airs on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm on ITV as part of a new strategy to keep the soap on air throughout the pandemic. These scenes air on Wednesday, June 24.
