EastEnders spoilers follow for Wednesday’s episode (December 4), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders has revealed a dramatic Nish Panesar twist after his show return, in the soap’s latest episode.
This week, Nish plead guilty to Keanu’s murder, but from prison he found out through Nugget that Suki is still planning to marry Eve, despite promising she wouldn’t.
Suki was told that Nish was on his deathbed, and he requested to see her. He urged her not to go ahead with the wedding, but when he confessed that he ordered Eve’s mum to be attacked, she was horrified and left.

It was then revealed that Nish was paying the doctor to exaggerate his terminal condition, and he had revenge on his mind.

In today’s episode, it looked like the Panesars were moving on with their life, as it was confirmed that Suki had told Eve the truth about her mum’s attack.
Nish requested to see his entire family, so Ravi was told that his dad was soon being moved to palliative care and they should say their goodbyes at the hospital.
As the Panesars gathered around Nish, the dodgy doctor suggested to Ravi that his deterioration was because he has nothing to live for now Suki is marrying Eve.

Ravi was furious that in what is supposedly his final conversation with his dad, Nish was still only interested in him making sure that Suki and Eve’s wedding doesn’t go ahead.
When he told Nish that Suki deserves happiness and he wasn’t going to take that away from her, his dad declared that he was nothing to him, before he faked a bout of breathlessness.
Once alone, Nish told his doctor that now he would go "nuclear" on his family, after he failed to get their support.
Later, Suki and Eve looked forward to their potential happily ever after, although Nugget wasn’t happy that he couldn’t see Nish again because he was so obsessed with Suki, and he stormed out.

Meanwhile, Nish was being transferred to a hospice, but in a major twist, his ambulance was stopped by two armed men.
As the paramedics had guns aimed at them, Nish exited the vehicle and remarked "it’s good to be alive".
With Nish presumably now a free man, what is his next move?
