EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders' Rainie Cross is set to plot against Max Branning in a new scheme.
Last month viewers watched as Rainie (Tanya Franks) accepted her boyfriend Stuart Highway's (Ricky Champ) marriage proposal but before she can get the wedding of her dreams, there's the small issue of her husband Max Branning (Jake Wood).
Max and Rainie entered into a sham marriage back in 2018 and while Max seemed reluctant to grant Rainie a divorce at first, he did eventually change his mind and agreed to Rainie's wishes – but not before he had a tense showdown with Stuart.

Now that the wedding planning can really begin, future episodes will make it clear that Rainie wants a more elaborate wedding than Stuart is able to offer her.

Stuart tries to get creative and uses inspiration from the parlour, but Max makes a dig and it leaves Rainie deflated.
However, things look up when Stuart plants the seed that Rainie could actually get half of Max's assets in the divorce.
While Rainie is initially unsure that involving a solicitor with her divorce from Max will be worthwhile, she ultimately decides to do some digging anyway. Will she find a reason to decide to go after Max for all she can?
Meanwhile, Max actor Jake Wood recently went shirtless again on Instagram to show off his lockdown workout results.
"I think it's safe to say that exercise is getting me through this," he captioned the pic. "Stay positive and I look forward to seeing you all on the other side."
