EastEnders has offered a first look at the moment Stuart Highway threatens Max Branning in tense scenes tomorrow night (April 21).
Tonight's episode saw Stuart (Ricky Champ) make a second attempt at popping the question to Rainie, this time choosing a more unconventional proposal.
Although Rainie initially seemed horrified by Stuart's unique attempt at being romantic, she later revealed that she was actually calling his bluff.

To Stuart's delight, Rainie finally agreed to marry him but their happiness was short-lived when Callum raised a very valid point regarding Max.

Rainie entered into a sham marriage with Max Branning back in 2018, meaning she'd need to divorce him before she can proceed with her wedding plans.
Taking matters into his own hands, Tuesday's scenes will see Stuart approach Max about divorcing Rainie, but it's not long before their conversation gets heated.

Aware he holds all the shots, Max infuriates Stuart and Rainie by refusing to comply.
