Coronation Street's Dee-Dee Bailey goes behind James' back and has Laila christened next week, forcing him to take action.

"Dee-Dee really is playing with fire," our Corrie source explains.
"It's one thing to baptise Laila without James knowing, but to openly celebrate with the little girl's new godparents Alya and Adam is just begging to be caught out.

"Dee-Dee does feel guilty when she picks the baby up from James at the start of the day, but it seems as though those feelings soon melt away against the glee of getting away with the confidential christening.
"Her actions have made it clear that she respects her own faith more than her brother's wishes, so he's sure to feel totally blindsided…"

Later, Dee-Dee is chatted up in The Rovers by a mysterious stranger named Ollie, who offers to buy her a drink.

"This announcement leaves Dee-Dee even more confused than ever," our insider continues.
"After James' split with his partner, Dee-Dee doubted that the official adoption would go ahead and has been enjoying looking after her daughter with the whole Bailey clan.

But with Dee-Dee's true feelings about her baby girl still up for debate, how far will she go to fight for her daughter? And as Laila's guardian, will James risk his relationship with his sister to win custody of the child he was promised?
