Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street has aired a game-changing twist in today’s episode, as two major storylines appear to collide.
This week, Summer Spellman and Nina Lucas had a traumatic experience after taking LSD and are convinced that they left someone to die that night.
The pair tried to investigate what happened on that disturbing evening, but they couldn’t find any evidence of the incident, so resolved to keep it to themselves.
Meanwhile, Maria and Liam were growing increasingly concerned about where Gary was, even though he had texted to say he was staying with a friend and just needed some space.

Nina has continued to struggle with her guilt, and in today’s episode Roy grew concerned about her during her shift at the café.
She told Summer that she should go to the police, but Summer was reluctant, as they didn’t even have a clear recollection of what happened.
Roy later found Nina upset in the memorial garden, and she eventually admitted to her uncle that she took drugs at the party.

She explained that there was a man who lunged at her that night, so she pushed him away and he fell and hit his head on the ground – reminding her of Seb’s tragic death.
Roy encouraged Nina to report this, so they went to the police station, and she recalled her hazy memories of the night to Kit.
Nina desperately tried to confess to a crime, but with no reports of an assault, no victim and no witnesses, Kit couldn’t take any action. He brought Summer in for questioning but ultimately told them both that they’d wasted police time.
