Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street star Tina O'Brien has previewed dramatic scenes coming up for her character Sarah Barlow as the Stephen Reid storyline finally comes to a head.
There are desperate fears for Sarah's life in Friday's episode (October 13) as Stephen goes on the attack once again.
In tense scenes, Sarah and Jenny Connor both visit the boarded-up Rovers Return, which was recently closed for refurbishment by the pub's new owners.
As Sarah and Jenny compare notes over Stephen's misdeeds, they're horrified to ultimately realise that he's in the abandoned building with them.

In a shocking turn of events, Stephen hits Sarah over the head with a bottle and uses Jenny as a hostage as he tries to make his escape.
Speaking to Digital Spy and other media about the big episode, Tina explained: "I think Sarah has been in denial about Stephen. She doesn't want to believe the truth about him.
"I think Sarah wants to believe that this isn't who Stephen is – as he's the uncle she went to Milan with, the man who supported her and helped her in her career. I think it's a huge shock when she starts to realise the truth.
"But even then, I don't think Sarah would think for a second that Stephen would hurt any of the Platts, as they're his family. She would never think that she or anyone else in the family would be in danger."

She continued: "If Sarah thought Stephen was dangerous, she would have never tried to have a word with him! I think she still believes that, at the end of the day, Stephen is her uncle. She hopes that maybe there's been miscommunication or maybe people are wrong.
"Obviously towards the end that starts to change, but I think she believes that the Platts as a family could get through to him."
Tina also spoke about the real-life drama involved with filming the major showdown.
She laughed: "It was great being hit on the head! But it made me question doing that kind of thing for a job all the time, as I literally gave myself whiplash! I could not move the next day.
"We must have had to do it 15 times for the shot. Honest to God, the next day I thought: 'Well, this is definitely not for me!' It was very physical and we had some really long days."
