Coronation Street's Ryan Connor and Daisy Midgeley are blackmailed by Lauren Bolton next week.
The pair face a ruthless demand for £1,000 after Lauren realises that they've been sneaking around behind Daniel Osbourne's back.
Next week's episodes feature some major turning points for Ryan, who has been on a downward spiral since the acid attack earlier in the year.
Ryan agrees to give a talk at the Secure Training Centre, reflecting on his traumatic year as he explains the impact of violent crime.

Daisy joins Ryan to provide moral support and is moved as he speaks powerfully about his recent experiences.
Later in the week, Ryan's temper gets the better of him once again as Gav Adetiba and Max Turner accidentally cover him with a fizzy drink while messing around at the precinct.
Ryan violently pushes Gav to the ground and has to be held back before things get any further out of hand.
Regretting his actions, Ryan confides in Daisy about how he has been experiencing mood swings since he started to abuse steroids.

Ryan realises he can't carry on like this, so he goes live on his social media account and removes the filter, allowing his followers to see his facial scars.
He announces plans to close the account and concentrate on being his usual self again.
Daisy watches the broadcast and calls round to Ryan's flat to praise him for his ongoing bravery. She kisses Ryan on the cheek, but this leads to more as they start kissing passionately and end up sleeping together.

As part of Ryan's attempts to turn his life around, he decides to move out of Lauren's flat and back in with Carla and Peter Barlow. This annoys Lauren, who isn't sure how she'll afford to pay the bills without Ryan's financial input.
Resorting to ruthless tactics, Lauren tells Ryan that she knows he slept with Daisy and wants £1,000 in return for not telling Daniel. Will Ryan and Daisy comply with this ultimatum?
