Coronation Street's Jacob Hay will find his reputation destroyed next week, as he gets blamed for all the drug dealing going on at the Bistro.
Viewers already know that Jacob's dad Damon has been using his stake in the Bistro to get Jacob a full-time job there, all so he can use his son to do secret drug deals there. This week sees things take a step further when a deal goes wrong and Damon threatens to harm Amy Barlow if Jacob doesn't take the fall.
The aftermath of that threat plays out next week, as Jacob does a runner, leaving everyone to blame him for everything as he's not there to defend himself.

Leanne is furious as Amy tells her he's been drug dealing again, while Simon states that Amy has had a lucky escape. Carla, who employed Jacob at Underworld, is dismayed and surprised.
What to Read Next
Will Jacob return to clear his name, will Carla's suspicions lead to her doing some investigating, and will Nick Tilsley continue to be bullied into silence or speak up?
Whatever happens, we can't see Damon letting his plans get derailed without a fight.
Interestingly, the soap's executive producer Iain MacLeod has teased that Damon may get a surprising love interest in the near future.

"As the year goes on, Damon has a magnetic attraction for a notable high profile female character, who ends up having her head turned," he stated, adding that: "That has far-reaching consequences.
"We're currently working on June storylines. There's a build-up and a colossal explosion in that story, involving Damon and this love story that will be on air then."
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
