Love could be in the air for Coronation Street's Stu Carpenter and Yasmeen Metcalfe in the future.
Bill Fellows, who plays Stu, opened up about the possibility of a romance between the pair and has revealed things are "heading that way", which is very exciting.
When asked by Inside Soap if he would like them to become a couple, he said: "Yes! And without giving too much away, I think we're heading that way.

"But there are lots of bumps in the road, and the past is a problem for Stu. But he wants to be romantic with Yasmeen, no doubt about it! And Shelley [King, who plays Yasmeen] is great - we both care about our characters and our work."
He's not the only one interested in seeing the characters become more than just friends, with Yasmeen's actress also revealing that she'd like to see them together.

Speaking to Daily Star in May, King was asked about a potential romance storyline between the two characters and responded: "I think possibly!"
"Yasmeen is a mender, she's a fixer, and I think that's very attractive to her. He's gentle, he's human, he's cuddly, and Yasmeen wants to save him.

"I am hoping that Yasmeen will not be as tested as she has been in the past!"
After Yasmeen's past with her evil husband Geoff and all the torture he put her through, the friends seem to be taking things very slowly.
Whatever happens between the pair, it seems there is going to big a big storyline coming up for Stu regarding his past, as the actor told Digital Spy on the British Soap Awards red carpet last month: "I don't think I can say too much, but there's a big storyline about Stu's past and why he was homeless when we first met him.
"It's about why he was in that position and it's a massive thing from his past that comes into play. I don't think I can say much more than that!"
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV and streams on the ITV Hub.
