Coronation Street's Stu Carpenter will get the shock of his life after Yasmeen Metcalfe makes a bold move.
In upcoming scenes, Stu remains downbeat over the estranged nature of his relationship with daughter Bridget, as they haven't seen each other for 15 years.
When Zeedan Nazir receives a call from his buddy inviting him to Athens for a week, Stu offers to cover him at Speed Daal, while also recalling his own happy memories from time spent in the Greek capital.

Hearing Stu's recollections of sunny family holidays, Yasmeen then implores him not to give up on Bridget – even though she's cut ties with him – and track her down.
What to Read Next
Later on, Yasmeen confides in Zeedan that she's taken it upon herself to pinpoint Bridget's whereabouts herself, without Stu having a clue about it.
Could this go south?
Thanks to some recent paparazzi set photos, we already know that Stu and Bridget reunite, so it'll be interesting to see how it all unfolds.

Meanwhile, Stu actor Bill Fellows told Digital Spy on the British Soap Awards red carpet last month: "I don't think I can say too much, but there's a big storyline about Stu's past and why he was homeless when we first met him.
"It's about why he was in that position and it's a massive thing from his past that comes into play. I don't think I can say much more than that!"
