Coronation Street's Emma Brooker panics tonight (November 2) as the police confront her over her connection to Scott Emberton.
Emma (Alexandra Mardell) regrets accepting a bribe from Scott as a major investigation begins over his illegal activities.
Last week, Emma agreed to take £5,000 from Scott (Tom Roberts) in exchange for her silence over the Bistro robbery.
When Scott was later arrested for his crimes, he spitefully vowed to take others down with him – including Johnny Connor (Richard Hawley). These were Scott's final scenes, as his story with Johnny has now reached a natural end.

Monday's double bill (November 2) sees Emma confide in her friend Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) about her recent mistake.
Alina suggests that Emma should come clean and get the £5,000 back, but Emma knows that it has already been used to pay for the legal fight surrounding Oliver Battersby's future.
Later, Emma's worst fears are realised when the police turn up at the salon to speak to her.

Thanks to Scott spilling the beans, the police know that Emma took stolen money and demand an explanation. However, with little evidence to go on, the ball is in Emma's court over whether she wants to be honest or not.
Soon afterwards, Emma's conscience gets the better of her and she decides to tell her father Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) the truth. How will Steve react to the concerning revelation?
Coronation Street airs tonight at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
