Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street's Gemma Winter makes a brave move next week as she continues taking steps to address her post-natal depression.
After months of suffering in silence, Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) has accepted that she's struggling and needs more support.
In the coming days, Gemma will attend a support group, where she meets other women who have experience of post-natal depression.
Although initially nervous, Gemma takes comfort when she hears another mum talk about her difficulties. It helps Gemma to realise that she hasn't been alone in her thoughts.

New spoilers on Coronation Street's official website have revealed that Gemma also speaks during the meeting.
After finding the experience useful, Gemma returns home and is encouraged by Cathy Matthews (Melanie Hill) and Sean Tully (Antony Cotton) to record a vlog about her own experiences.
Gemma films the inspiring message with assistance from Cathy and Sean, hoping that putting the footage online will help other mums.

Coronation Street's producer Iain MacLeod recently spoke to Digital Spy and other media about Gemma's future, explaining: "We wanted to tell a story with some positivity, so ultimately Gemma will come out the other side of this somewhat changed with what she's been through emotionally, but with a new level of appreciation and love for her mum, and obviously will go on to become a fantastic mum to those quads in her own inimitable way.
"I'm not saying she won't occasionally feed them turkey twizzlers and Wotsits, and let them watch Nightmare on Elm Street at the age of 11, and all those other things you might expect Gemma to do with her kids.
"But ultimately, at the bottom of it, she's a fantastic mum and it throws off the spectre of her own upbringing.
"I think Gemma thought she'd be a terrible mother because her own mother was a terrible one. But this will ultimately give her the confidence to believe in herself a bit."
Coronation Street currently airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm on ITV.
