Coronation Street's Gary Windass takes a big risk next week by threatening Kelly Neelan's mother Claire.
Gary (Mikey North) can't resist interfering after finding out that Kelly is no longer attending her posh private school.
Upcoming episodes see Kelly (Millie Gibson) confide in Gary about how she had to drop out of Oakhill because her mum couldn't afford the fees.
This leaves Gary baffled, as he has been secretly paying for Kelly's education out of guilt after killing her father Rick.

Next week, Kelly's mother Claire (Kel Allen) comes to see Gary at the furniture shop, giving him an opportunity to confront her.
Gary pretends that he has been in touch with Rick and says that he knows Rick is still paying Kelly's school fees.
Aware that Claire has been sneakily pocketing the money for herself, Gary adds that Rick will kill her if he ever finds out.

Claire is terrified by the warning and makes a sharp exit, but not before she's spotted by Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon).
