Guy Ritchie is back with new movie Fountain of Youth, which has now been confirmed to land on Apple TV+ next month.

The heist caper was previously described by Ritchie as "in the vein of Indiana Jones but contemporary" (via EW), and the first trailer definitely gives off that vibe as two estranged siblings head on a global heist to find the Fountain of Youth.

John Krasinski and Natalie Portman star as Luke and Charlotte Purdue who must use their history knowledge to find the mythological fountain... and maybe even gain immortality in the process.

The movie also stars Eiza González as Esme who is tracking down the siblings to stop them finding the fountain. It marks the star's third movie in two years with Ritchie, following The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and the upcoming In the Grey.

Fountain of Youth will be released exclusively on Apple TV+ on Friday, May 23.

The movie also stars Domhnall Gleeson, Arian Moayed, Laz Alonso, Carmen Ejogo and Stanley Tucci. It was written by James Vanderbilt, who has previously written the likes of Scream (2022) and Independence Day: Resurgence.

Talking to EW in December, Ritchie explained that Fountain of Youth was a conscious effort to do something new as a director.

"I found myself feeling like if I wasn't too careful, I was ending up in a comedy-action-gangster genre, of which, of course, I'm comfortable and enjoy, but at some point, I thought, you have to spread your wings as a writer-director," he noted.

Don't worry though, we can still expect the movie to have all the usual Ritchie trademarks, including bigger action set pieces than we saw on The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.

"It's an expensive film – it's three times the budget of Ministry, and you can feel that. It's pretty relentless once the action starts, and it starts pretty quickly. So yeah, there's a lot of action," he teased.

Fountain of Youth is released on Apple TV+ on Friday, May 23.
