It's a heatwave this week in the UK, so if you want to stay out of the heat and pretend you're actually in a cosy autumn season instead, we've got just the movie for you to watch at home this week.
Prime Video has announced that The Sheep Detectives will be released on the streaming service this week. The movie is still out in cinemas if you want the big-screen experience, but otherwise you'll be able to watch The Sheep Detectives on Prime Video from Wednesday 24 June.
If you're not an Amazon Prime subscriber, you can take advantage of a 30-day free trial when you sign up to be able to watch The Sheep Detectives for free.
To mark the upcoming release, Prime Video has teamed up Clarkson's Farm star Kaleb Cooper with Hugh Jackman to talk about the making of the movie. You can watch their chat in the video above, which sees Kaleb have an unfortunate incident with a sheep.

Based on Leonie Swann's novel Three Bags Full, the movie sees Hugh Jackman play shepherd George who reads detective novels to his beloved sheep every night, even if he thinks they can't understand what he's saying. Plot twist: they can.

And when George is found dead (not a spoiler, it's in the trailer), it's up to his sheep to become the detective he's spoken to them about. As they follow clues and investigate the human suspects, George's sheep will prove they're basically just a woolier version of Sherlock Holmes.
We get it if you're a bit sceptical about whether The Sheep Detectives is worth a watch, but the movie has a near-perfect 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes from the critics, as well as a 96% rating from viewers too.

"Not only is The Sheep Detectives delightful, but it's funny and emotionally complex and, dare I say, unusually deferential toward the noble sheep, frequently cast as brain-dead losers in cinema’s barnyards," praised The New York Times.
Variety added: "There's wisdom amid the silliness, as the story gently makes a case for the necessity of grief, mindfulness and mortal awareness... That's more than you might expect from a film called The Sheep Detectives."
Alongside Hugh Jackman, The Sheep Detectives boasts an absolutely stacked cast including Emma Thompson, Nicholas Galitzine and Tosin Cole, as well as Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Bryan Cranston, Patrick Stewart and Bella Ramsey voicing the sheep.
The Sheep Detectives is out now in cinemas, and will be released on Prime Video on Wednesday 24 June.
