In 2023, Pugh played Jean Tatlock in Christopher Nolan's Oscar-winning movie Oppenheimer, and she opened up about working with the director for the first time.

"I think every single person has come to set knowing that they have been hired because, somewhere along the line, Chris thought that you did a good job, and this goes for crew as well," she said.

"I've never been in an environment where the crew and the cast are so desperate to show what they can do that it creates this incredible buzz."

The Falling is now available to watch on Prime Video in the UK and Ireland.
