Sean Bean will be back on our screens this year with new BBC crime drama This City Is Ours, but if you just can't wait for your fix, we've got just the movie for you.
Written and directed by Brandon Cronenberg, 2020 horror film Possessor is set in a world where assassins can take control of other people's bodies to execute high-profile targets using brain-implant technology.
However, one such hit leads to Tasya Vos (Andrea Riseborough) being trapped inside a mind after a hit on wealthy CEO John Parse (Bean) goes wrong.
If that sounds like something you want to check out, Possessor is now available to watch for free on Channel 4's streaming service, following its airing on Film4 last night

"Like an actual nightmare, it's the imagery you'll remember more than the narrative," RogerEbert.com wrote, with The Playlist adding: "An exhilarating fever dream body horror and existentialist assassin movie about parasitic relationships."
"Cronenberg's sophomore effort is ambitious as hell. For those that love cerebral thrillers with practical gore, wrapped up in a stimulating sci-fi package, this is a must," Bloody Disgusting praised.
Possessor is available to watch on Channel 4's streaming service for free right now.
