Marvel fans are convinced that Agents of SHIELD star Chloe Bennet has just teased her return to the MCU, following a recent social media post.
Bennet recently posted a series of photos on her Instagram account of herself, with one minor detail catching the attention of fans. Tucked into the actress' sock was two daisies — which also happens to be the name of her Agents character Daisy Johnson/Quake.
Eagle-eyed Marvel fans were quick to pick up on the detail, speculating about whether this could be a hint from Bennet about the future of her character. "ARE THOSE DAISYS IN YOUR SOCK?" one person commented.

Although Agents of SHIELD came to an end in 2020 fans have been wondering if we're likely to see any of the show's stars popup elsewhere within the franchise, with a popular theory being that Quake could make an appearance in upcoming series Secret Invasion.
Another follower alluded to this theory, writing under the post: "Possibility that Quake is back?? A likely appearance in Secret Invasion or Secret Wars?"

However, despite fan excitement, Bennet has previously shut down rumours about her involvement in the project.
In Instagram story last year the actress clarified: "I have avoided saying anything like this in general, on social media or whatever, because I thought maybe it would blow over, but it has not. I am in no way attached or involved, even at all or a little bit, in the Secret Invasion Marvel thing."

She added: "I am only coming on here to say this because it has gotten to the point that every day I'm getting hundreds of messages about this. I'm now getting like approached in person.
"Today it was in the tampon aisle at target. To be clear, I love the enthusiasm and your messages I know are out of such excitement and it's out of such a pure place, and I love everyone so much."
While her MCU future is still uncertain, Bennet has been keeping busy with other projects. The actress set to star in upcoming Hulu series Interior Chinatown as Detective Lana Lee.
