Ooh err – we do love a bit of innuendo on live TV, especially when it cracks up the presenters.
Well, that's just what happened to John Torode on this morning's (April 22) Saturday Kitchen after a caller in Cumbria almost set him off into a fit of giggles.
"Hello chefs, it's Roger from Cockermouth, thank you for taking my call," said the caller.
"I've got two massive sackfuls of purple spurting broccoli and I'm looking for a recipe that doesn't involve a white sauce – what do you reckon?"

With a massive grin on his face, John turned to look at guest Jason Manford, who was also trying to avoid bursting out into laughter.

We cannot possibly think why, though...
And the joke certainly was not lost on viewers either:
Roger was recommended mustard, if you want to know, but the caller later revealed that he wasn't actually fan of the condiment – we guess you can't please everyone.
Although, things then got more awkward when the caller chose "hell" for Jason during the "heaven or hell" segment. Maybe he spotted the comedian giggling at his spurting purple broccoli?
Saturday Kitchen certainly seems to be serving up the giggles in recent weeks, with Martine McCutcheon laughing at the word "cockles".
Oh, these dirty minded people!
Saturday Kitchen airs on BBC One.
