Love Island viewers have been left frustrated after Mica and Samraj appeared to avoid being exposed during the latest game of 'Tea, Receipts and Truth', despite many believing that Priya deserved to learn the truth.

This Friday (26 June) episode of the ITV dating series saw the fallout from the explosive challenge continue, with Jasmine facing the music as her connection with Lorenzo came under scrutiny.

However, many viewers were left disappointed that one particular storyline seemed to go unresolved, as they believed that Mica and Samraj had avoided consequences for double-crossing Priya.

Samraj and Priya were previously coupled up, though he made it clear that he wasn't invested in their connection. Instead, he was keen to explore his romantic potential with Mica, but wasn't upfront with Priya about this from the get-go.

Taking to social media, fans argued that the challenge could have been the perfect opportunity for Priya to discover what had really been said behind her back. The issue, however, appeared to have been swiftly swept under the rug.

"That challenge targeted the wrong people. Samraj and Mica still on a high, does production want them to win or something," wrote one viewer on X, while another fan remarked that the pair "got away with murder".

After an opening round that reignited tensions between Jasmine, Lorenzo and Yasmin, the islanders were also confronted with more revealing comments and public opinions throughout the challenge.

However, things began to heat up when a revelation from Yasmin’s mum was read aloud, revealing that she "feels like screaming at the telly". This left everyone else wondering if Aidan or Lorenzo were in the hot seat.

Adding fuel to the fire was former islander Robyn, who has watched the drama unfold on TV since leaving the Villa. But she made a surprise return this Friday to demand justice for one of her co-stars.

Elsewhere, Kavan began to wonder if his relationship with Jasmine could survive the persistent rumours of a potential spark between her and Lorenzo. Opening up to Jasmine during a conversation at the Fire Pit, Kavan made it clear that he wasn't feeling secure.

After a charged back and forth, Kavan made the decision to prioritise his wellbeing and become less emotionally invested in their relationship, leaving Jasmine to make a similar choice despite assuring him that her bond with Lorenzo was platonic.

Love Island continues Sunday (28 June) from 9pm on ITV2.
