Strictly Come Dancing is soon set to return to screens, and the star-studded dance competition has now announced another famous face for its 2025 line-up.

The tenth celebrity confirmed in the cast is former star of The Apprentice Thomas Skinner.

The news was announced on Thursday morning to listeners of Sam Thompson's Hits Radio show.

Skinner first shot to fame in 2019 after competing on The Apprentice, but has since gone on to appear on a variety of other British TV shows.

Viewers may recognise him from appearances on 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Wheel, Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, Good Morning Britain, Faking It, and Celebrity MasterChef.

"I’m beyond excited to be joining Strictly Come Dancing," Skinner enthused. "I’ve tackled the boardroom and some big breakfasts in my time but stepping onto the dance floor under that glitter ball is next level stuff!

"I’ve never danced in my life (other than at weddings) but I’m ready to graft and of course have a laugh. Bring on the sequins, sambas and most importantly, the bosh to the ballroom!"

Skinner joins an already-stacked cast preparing to strap on their dancing shoes for the 2025 series of Strictly.

RuPaul's Drag Race UK star La Voix, former England rugby captain Chris Robshaw, and model Ellie Goldstein were all recently announced as celebrity competitors.

YouTube star George Clarke, Love Island's Dani Dyer, EastEnders actor Balvinder Sopal, Doctor Who star Alex Kingston, footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, and Olympian-turned-Gladiator-star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey (aka Nitro) have also been confirmed in the cast.

More Strictly competitors are expected to be announced in the coming days, so keep your eyes peeled!

Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturdays on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
