Taskmaster star Rob Beckett has stepped away from his BBC Radio 2 show after replacing Paul O'Grady.
The comedian has been presenting on Sundays between 5pm and 7pm, having previously shared the slot with the late Lily Savage star before the latter quit in 2022.
Rob has now revealed that he will be stepping away from the show in April, though will remain on Radio 2 as a cover presenter in the future.

"I’ve had such a laugh each Sunday getting to know the listeners, but as my tour schedule hots up and my family forget what I look like, I’ve decided to step away from a weekly show," he said.
"But you won’t get away from me that easily as I’ll be back presenting shows on Radio 2 later in the year when normal service is resumed!"

O'Grady, who died in 2023, revealed the year before that he quit the Radio 2 show because he "wasn't really happy with the 13 weeks on/13 weeks off business" for the shared slot.
Meanwhile, Radio 2 has also confirmed that Zoe Ball – who left the Breakfast Show last year – will be back at the station from May for a new Saturday show airing between 1pm and 3pm, while Pick of the Pops will move from that slot to Rob's Sunday slot.
Zoe will be having "lots of laughs reconnecting with listeners" alongside playing some of her favourite music, while the station is also lining-up the star to present two specials focused on Elaine Paige.
