Amanda Holden has been forced to remove an Instagram post after breaking BBC rules.
According to The Standard, the BBC spoke to Holden after she breached guidelines by posting a video to her Instagram in which she was wearing an item from her BBC show Amanda & Alan's Spanish Job.
In the show, which serves as a spin-off to Amanda and Alan's Italian Job, Holden and her co-star Alan Carr fix up a dilapidated property together.

Amanda is known for wearing a navy boiler suit on the series with the words "Handy Mandy" embroidered on the back.
In a since-deleted post, Holden shared a promotional clip of herself wearing the boiler suit to promote the shopping channel QVC.

The short clip, which was posted on February 3, teased Holden's appearance on the channel to publicise her interior design collection BundleBerry.
According to the publication, Holden was told by the BBC to remove the post because it had broken one of their rules which states that presenters can't feature in advertisements which are in any way connected to their BBC role.

The rule reads: "Actors and artists who perform in BBC output should not appear in promotional work, including advertisements, in a way which mimics or replicates their on-air roles for the BBC."
"Amanda has removed her post and has been reminded of her responsibilities, as a BBC presenter, when using social media," a BBC spokesman said in a statement to The Standard.
At the time of posting and before the clip was removed, her co-star Carr commented on the post, saying: "I recognise that boiler suit."
Holden is set to return to judging duties on Britain's Got Talent this month alongside Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Bruno Tonioli and newcomer KSI.
