Tommy Fury has opened up about his split from fiancée Molly-Mae Hague and said he knows what to do "in order to resolve things".
Tommy and Molly-Mae, who met on Love Island in 2019, announced their shock split in August.
In a new interview ahead of the release of his book, Lightning Can Strike Twice, Tommy has spoken about his testing year, but said that it's "no good crying about it".

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Tommy said he will always love Molly-Mae and strongly denied the cheating allegations.
"The truth will come out in time and when it does I think a lot of people might regret their actions and unkind words. The whole world will, I reckon," he said.

"What the public thinks is going on isn’t what is going on. It’s not something I envisaged happening, but it didn’t come out of nowhere."
The boxer added: "It’s a thing that was there previously to all this happening, but the only people who know what is going on in our relationship is between me and Molly."

Speaking about his relationship with Molly-Mae, he said: "We were together for five and a half years. You don’t stay with someone, have a child with them, get engaged, if it is only a bit of a fling.
"It is proper love. Do I still love Molly? 100 per cent. I will love her until my final breath. The minute I saw her, I thought, 'Yes, she’s the woman of my dreams.'"
Tommy went on to say he knows "what I have to do in order to resolve things", adding: "And that’s down to me. Nobody else can do that other than me."

When addressing his mental health struggles, he said: "Probably this past year has been the most my mental health has been tested. It's not been sunshine and rainbows. The gym is my medication. Tell me when you come out of the gym after a great session feeling bad? Never!"
Tommy has also been struggling with a hand injury and last month he shared a positive update on Instagram. He wrote: "9 months post hand surgery… finally back using my hand and WOW does it feel good. My mental health needed this positive step today. Thank you God for healing me."
Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
