Brand new teaser pictures have arrived for Slow Horses and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. star Nick Blood's upcoming detective thriller Hit Point, also starring Top Boy actor Saffron Hocking.
The series, created by BAFTA-winning screenwriter Howard Overman, will be U&Dave's first original scripted drama and is tipped to be packed with tension as the broadcaster "promises edge-of-your-seat action, high-stakes drama, and a gripping storyline".
Set to debut this August, the latest sneak peek shares a first-look at Blood and Hocking in the roles of detective duo Leo and Bella, as their investigation leads them into the belly of West London's criminal underworld.

Peter Serafinowicz is also captured in the role of former police officer Carter meanwhile Emily in Paris' William Abadie is also featured in the teaser line-up as crime boss Pascal Dubois.
The six-part series, directed by David Caffrey (Peaky Blinders, The Gentlemen) has been described in the synopsis as "an adrenaline-charged blend of high-stakes crime thriller and sizzling romantic drama," as a charged romance blossoms between "thirty-something detectives Leo and Bella".

It continues: "When a lion, a fox, and a jaguar (or is it a panther?), or rather three men in animal masks, intercept a Range Rover carrying ten million pounds in cash, detectives Bella and Leo are called in. As they investigate, the romantic tension between them is palpable.
"The question is: do we actually want them to catch the criminals? All is not as it seems."

In a press release announcing the series last year UKTV's head of drama commissioning, Helen Perry, promised Hit Point would be "a cop show like no other".
She added: "With his singular voice, Howard has crafted a tense crime thriller that's driven by a characterful will-they-won't romance. It's a distinctive genre mash-up, full of heart, humour and action-packed sequences.
"It's the perfect first scripted drama commission for U&Dave and U, and a marker of our ambition for drama on the channel."
Overman also teased a twisty ride for viewers when he shared: "I can't wait for audiences to dive into the twists, turns and surprises we have in store."
Hit Point will air on U and U&Dave this August.
