2010s TV detective drama Beauty & the Beast has climbed Channel 5's streaming chart after being added to the service. The show, which has been mostly forgotten since it ended a decade ago, is currently sitting at number 3 in the streaming charts.
Beauty & the Beast ran from 2012 to 2016, airing four seasons on The CW in the US.
The drama starred Smallville's Kristin Kreuk, alongside It Chapter Two actor Jay Ryan. It was developed by Sherri Cooper-Landsman and Jennifer Levin.

The series was loosely based on the 1987 CBS series of the same name which starred Ron Perlman and Linda Hamilton and ran for three seasons. The 80s show came in at number 17 in TV Guide's poll of the 'Top Cult Shows Ever'.
Beauty & the Beast follows Catherine Chandler, an NYPD detective, who witnessed her mother's murder and was almost killed herself until she was recused by a mysterious stranger.
