Season 1 of the Sheridan Smith drama The Teacher has found a new streaming home in the UK.
The four-episode drama tells the story of teacher Jenna Garvey (played by Smith), who has to work out if she slept with one of her 15-year old students on a drunken night out.
It first aired on Channel 5 back in 2022 and streamed on 5, but has now also been added to Disney+ for subscribers to watch.
The season has a strong 79% positive rating on Rotten Tomatoes from nine critic reviews, with the Daily Telegraph writing that the premise "grabs you" while praising the show for keeping things simple.
Smith's performance was seen as a highlight of the show, with the Irish Sunday Independent calling her "terrific as always" and Herald Scotland asking: "What would television drama do without her?"

While promoting the show, Smith said that she was hooked from the first time she read the script.
"Jenna is such a complex character, there are so many layers to her, and I love the fact that you don't know if she is telling the truth or not," she told WhatToWatch.
"All these twists and turns came along in the story that I did not expect, and I couldn't put [the script] down, which is rare. I read it all in one go."

The Teacher is actually an anthology drama, with a second season that debuted last year.
Instead of Smith, former EastEnders star Kara Tointon served as the season 2 lead, playing another teacher stuck in tricky situation, though those episodes aren't available on Disney+ at the time of writing.
The Teacher season 1 can be streamed on Disney+, while seasons 1 and 2 are streaming on Channel 5's streaming service 5.
