Grey's Anatomy star Jesse Williams's "gripping" new action series Hotel Costiera has confirmed a UK streaming release – as well as a first look.
The new Prime Video series sees the actor play a former Marine called Daniel De Luca, who returns to Italy – where he grew up as a child – and becomes a fixer at a luxury Amalfi coastal hotel.
It has now been confirmed that the six-episode series will drop all episodes on 24 September in the UK and worldwide, including the US.
A teaser trailer for the show has also dropped, promising plenty of action and stunning locales, while it appears that Daniel will rub some people the wrong way too.
"With a gripping storyline, fast-paced action and comedy, Hotel Costiera follows Daniel De Luca, a half Italian former US Marine," the synopsis reads. "Daniel returns to Italy, the land of his childhood, as a fixer in one of the world’s most luxurious hotels, located on the spectacular coastline of Positano."

While he is forced to deal with the wealthy guests' issues, he is also brought in to investigate the disappearance of one of the owner's daughters, Alice.
"Daniel must do everything he can to bring her home, but facing those who kidnapped the girl will be more challenging than any problem Daniel has ever faced."
The show has been written by Elena Bucaccio, Matthew Parkhill and Francesco Arlanch, based on an idea by Luca Bernabei, and counts Williams as a producer. Breaking Bad's Adam Bernstein is also on board as a director.

"It's an amazing opportunity for me to work with Jesse Williams on Costiera," Bernstein previously said of the show. "I've always admired his work – both on stage and screen, and he's the first actor that came to my mind for the role of Daniel De Luca.
"Jesse provides a perfect combination of intelligence, charisma, and humour, and we're incredibly lucky to have him at the center of our show."
Hotel Costiera will stream on Prime Video from 24 September.
