Co-presenter Ed Balls was less of a fan, saying on GMB: "I really like the short hair. Do you remember when we interviewed Cher and Cher said, 'Keep your hair long?' I thought, 'No you're wrong, Cher.'"
Susanna later appeared to forgive her fellow presenter, posting a picture with Ed and writing: "What a morning – even if @edballs isn't a fan of the new hair!"
Meanwhile, last month GMB was hit was hundreds of Ofcom complaints over presenter Adil Ray's comments about darts champion Luke Littler. The show also attracted criticism over "irresponsible reporting" after reporter Nick Dixon was seen in high winds while commenting on Storm Éowyn.
