Neighbours' Max Ramsay is set to make a major confession next week as Aaron Brennan has a terrifying near-death experience.
Recently-aired scenes revealed that Aaron's friend Kasey had her drink spiked back in Brisbane, and Max retaliated by spiking the guy who did it to her. It turned out that the man is the son of a dangerous gangster, causing Max to run away to Erinsborough.

In scenes set to air across Tuesday to Thursday (February 11 to 13) next week, Max starts to panic when Holly Hoyland tells him someone has come from Brisbane looking for him.
It turns out to be Kasey herself, and while there's a sense of relief – and perhaps a bit of jealousy from Holly – they still ask her to leave as it's not safe to have her around.

As he loses consciousness, Trevor the dog sees him and starts to bark, alerting policeman Andrew Rodwell, who comes to the rescue.
In hospital, Aaron says he can't remember anything from the night before, which is concerning as he didn't drink that much. Andrew suggests he may have been spiked.
When Holly and Max learn about what happened, Max is horrified as he thinks the gangster family have found him.
