Neighbours newcomer Taye is forced to explain himself next week after secretly hiding out at the Varga-Murphy house.
Show bosses have cast Lakota Johnson in the new regular role of Taye, who's the brother of established character Remi.
This week's episodes see Taye make his first appearance on Ramsay Street in unusual circumstances.
When Andrew Rodwell receives word that JJ and Dex Varga-Murphy will be arriving home from their family's New York trip, he helps out by restocking the fridge and cupboard at No. 30.

Andrew knows that nobody else will be around to take on the responsibility, as Remi and Cara are staying in the US for a little while longer. JJ and Dex's early return coincides with school starting again.
While carrying out his duties around No. 30, Andrew hears some strange noises. His daughter Sadie claims that he's imagining it, but Andrew is bang on the money as a mystery intruder has started making himself at home in the empty house.
As Andrew continues to investigate, he gets close to catching the intruder out. His detective work is interrupted when JJ and Dex return home, giving the uninvited guest an opportunity to escape.
Andrew decides to stay at No. 30 overnight to keep a close eye on JJ and Dex. However, when Andrew leaves for a moment, JJ and Dex are stunned as the guy from earlier makes a reappearance.

JJ and Dex recognise the man as their uncle Taye, who's Remi's brother. Taye admits that he was forced to make a hasty departure from his former home of Apollo Bay and decided to hide out on Ramsay Street because he knew No. 30 would be empty.
JJ and Dex manage to convince an oblivious Andrew to let them look after themselves, which gives them time alone with Taye without anyone knowing about it.
Dex is excited to have his uncle in town, but JJ quickly grows wary over Taye's mischievous behaviour and starts to fear that trouble isn't far away.
Could JJ and Dex live to regret secretly letting Taye into their home?
