Neighbours airs a major turning point for Paul Robinson and Terese Willis's storyline next week.
The former couple are about to take centre stage in a special two-hander episode, which explores the unresolved feelings between them.
Romantic chemistry between the pair has been building since Terese split from her husband Toadie Rebecchi earlier this year.
Paul has been supporting Terese through the devastating consequences of her alcohol relapse and is pleased to see her now getting her life back on track.

Next week, Paul and Terese team up for an unexpected road trip when it seems that Leo Tanaka may be in danger.
Upcoming scenes see Leo head off to Winterton after receiving a tip-off that Krista Sinclair's missing friend Sebastian Metcalfe is hiding out there.
In an unfortunate coincidence, just as Leo leaves, Sebastian pops up at The Waterhole.
When the bad boy hears that Leo has departed for Winterton, he warns Paul that it won't be safe for him there. It seems that the drama currently engulfing Sebastian could implicate Leo too if he starts asking questions around the area.

Sebastian flees before sharing any more details, so Paul and Terese take a road trip to Winterton in the hope of bringing them both back.
The trip proves to be a distressing one for Paul, as he's confronted by evidence which suggests that something terrible may have happened to his beloved son.
Paul is haunted by bad memories of losing Leo's twin brother David in similar tragic circumstances earlier this year.
Fortunately, Paul later receives contact from Leo, who assures him that he's fine and already on his way back home.

Paul and Terese try to follow suit, but their journey is disrupted by road blocks due to landslides in the area.
The former couple rent out a cabin in a nearby town, but it's awkward for them as the location is clearly catered for couples – including romantic decorations, flowers and heart-shaped chocolates.

During a heart-to-heart, Paul and Terese discuss their turbulent history and agree that their relationship was too toxic to revisit.
The next day, however, Paul realises that he's been lying to himself and he tells Terese that he wants her back. How will she respond?
