Neighbours airs more drama for Aaron Brennan and Nicolette Stone next week as their daughter Isla suffers a nasty injury.
The co-parents have been locked in a bitter feud over the past few weeks, with Aaron unable to forgive Nicolette for keeping a detailed record of his bad behaviour when he was grieving for his late husband David Tanaka.
Next week, Nicolette continues to receive frosty treatment from Aaron, as well as her mum Jane Harris.
Nicolette is left disappointed when she suddenly realises that Jane won't be able to take Isla for the day, as she's busy dealing with important matters at Eirini Rising.

Jane claims that Nicolette should have been more organised with childcare rather than making presumptions, but Nicolette is annoyed by her stern attitude.
When Nicolette tries to get Aaron to look after Isla instead, she receives similar treatment as he's also unhappy with her for messing up their childcare arrangements.
Nicolette is forced to set Isla up with some books and toys in the kitchen at Harold's Café while she desperately looks into other options.
Suddenly, Nicolette hears a scream coming from the kitchen and finds that Isla has suffered a nasty burn to her hand.

As Nicolette tries her best to help, it's clear that this incident could have been avoided if she could rely on support from her family rather than repeated condemnation.
