Viewers recently saw Aaron and David move back to Erinsborough on the strict understanding that Paul would stay away from David.
David is struggling to forgive Paul for his involvement in the Krista Sinclair cover-up, which previously led to David and Aaron leaving Erinsborough to start a new life.
