Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Coming up on Home and Away, Remi exposes Sonny's steroid abuse to Dana, but whose side will she take?

Elsewhere, Richie is fired from the police force, Mali risks his life to save another, and Cash asks Eden if they can foster children instead of having their own.

David is desperate to get out of hospital and back to work, but Amelia lays down the law and tells him that he'll only go home when she says so.

Lacey is particularly concerned about her dad being discharged, and fears that he'll end up back in hospital if he overdoes it.

Jo completely disagrees, and thinks it will be safe for David to return to normality.

Cash comes to his senses and decides that his marriage to Eden is worth fighting for, despite her refusal to have a baby.

The couple are left wondering what their future holds, until Cash asks Eden if she'd be open to fostering.

Eden thinks it's a wonderful idea, leaving her and Cash hopeful that there's a way forward in their relationship.

After receiving news from the conduct commission, Cash brings Richie to the station and terminates his employment from the force.

Devastated by the loss of his job, Richie admits to Abigail that he's not sure if he can stay in Summer Bay.

Richie apologises for how he ended things between them, but his words make Abigail feel as if she's been dumped all over again.

Amelia finally allows David to return home, on the condition that Jo and Lacey are there to look after him.

David thanks Amelia for saving his life, and she gives him her mobile number so he can call if he needs anything.

Later, Amelia is drinking alone at Salt when a text pings through from David. Is there an attraction building between the doctor and her patient?

An emergency situation arises on the beach when Mali hears the cries of a woman, who is being swept away by the sea.

With no lifeguards present at the beach, Mali has to dive into the water and save the drowning woman himself.

Mali confronts John about the incident, and is shocked to learn that the Surf Club doesn't have the money to recruit any more lifeguards.

Dana is delighted to see how happy Harper is with new love interest Beau, and suggests she and Sonny join them on a double date.

The last thing Sonny wants to do, however, is have a night out with his secret dealer, so he makes an excuse to get out of it.

Dana goes along regardless and grills Beau about his friendship with her man, but he doesn't give anything away.

Beau finds Sonny on the beach, and issues a threat to cut off his steroid supply.

This sparks a rage inside of Sonny and he lashes out at Remi, cutting his friend's lip open.

Remi starts to join the dots about Sonny's recent aggression and the money he borrowed. He asks his mate outright: 'Are you taking drugs?'

Sonny vehemently denies the accusation, but Remi knows something isn't right. He just needs proof.

After making sure no one is home, Remi searches Sonny's place and discovers a bottle of non-prescription pills in his backpack.

Remi tries to help by confiscating the drugs, but this sends Sonny into a state of rage.

Justin still feels a level of responsibility for what happened to David, but after a lot of coaxing from Leah, he finally faces his friend.

David assures Justin that he wasn't in any way to blame, and they toast to the future.

Justin is confident that David's recovery is going well, but later that night David is gripped by terrifying flashbacks to the shooting.

Harper and Beau arrive home to find shattered glass on the floor. Remi makes out the breakage was caused by a bird, but Beau is suspicious.

While alone with Harper later, an agitated Beau keeps checking his phone.

Harper questions what he's up to, but he makes out that he's fielding calls from clients at the gym.

Unable to hide the truth, Remi tells Dana about Sonny's steroid abuse and shows her the bottle of pills he confiscated.

Dana struggles to believe that Sonny would do such a thing given she's so opposed to drug use, and decides to confront him directly.

Sonny admits to purchasing the steroids, but lies about taking any. This is enough to convince Dana that her boyfriend is telling the truth, and that Remi is lying.

Remi is horrified to discover that Dana has sided with Sonny, and he can't seem to do anything to change her mind.

Meanwhile, Sonny approaches Beau, desperate for his next fix.

Beau agrees to supply him with another batch, but the transaction puts Sonny into debt.

Despite David insisting that he's okay, Lacey and Jo fear that their father is not coping.

A while later, Lacey is washing up in the kitchen when David wakes from another nightmare, shouting out the word "stop".

Lacey sees through David's stoicism, and insists that he must rest while allowing her and Jo to properly care for him.
