Home and Away spoilers follow for Australian-paced episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.
Sonny Baldwin puts himself in danger as he tries to speed up his recovery in upcoming scenes in Home and Away. Earlier this year, Sonny was left paralysed in a horrific train crash.
The road to recovery ever since has been rocky, and Sonny is set to put his health at risk when his determination gets the better of him.

With the gym now reopening, Sonny pushes himself further in physiotherapy than what his doctors have recommended, warning him to take it slow so as not to harm his body.
But Sonny is determined to walk again and feels inspired to do whatever it takes to achieve it.

At first, everything seems to be going well, and Sonny refuses to take a break during his session despite his body faltering.
Alarmed, Remi Carter and Lacey Miller urge Sonny to stop, but he snaps at the pair to back off.
The next day, Sonny apologises to the duo for his behaviour, but lies to them when he promises that he will listen to the doctors and slow down, returning to the gym almost immediately.

Speaking to TV Week, Sonny actor Ryan Bown said: "Right now, on his path toward rehabilitation, Sonny’s feeling relieved, hopeful, and proud.
"He’s been deeply inspired by his fellow friends in the rehab clinic, seeing how fiercely independent, resilient, and determined they are."
He continued: "He’s frustrated. Sonny wants to believe that it will take time, but deep down he feels that intense dedication is the way forward."
Home and Away boss Lucy Addario teased a tumultuous year for Sonny and Remi as well as Dana Matheson, who rekindled her relationship with Sonny in the aftermath of the train crash.
Speaking to Digital Spy, Lucy said: "We’re loving the bromance, the romance, and yes, the fun chaos!
"What we can say is that Sonny, Remi, and Dana are all heading into a storm, and none of them will come out unchanged.
"Loyalties will be tested, truths will surface, and the lines between friendship and love get seriously blurred. In classic Home and Away style, just when they think they’re solid, everything gets shaken."
Home and Away drops new episodes on weekdays at 6am on 5’s streaming service with a 6.30pm screening on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7Plus.
