Hollyoaks has exposed Joel Dexter and Jez Blake's deadly secrets following a tense confrontation.
Viewers will know that fake therapist Tommy Odenkirk has been blackmailing Jez, after Jez admitted to murdering multiple people during their sessions.
Tommy told Jez to kill Leela Dexter, threatening to send secret recordings of their sessions to the police if he didn't comply.
Jez poisoned Leela and framed Cleo McQueen for the crime, but Leela survived. Questioned by the police about Cleo's motive for murder, Joel admitted to sleeping with his ex, and Leela ended things with him.

In today's episode, Joel hoped for a reunion with Leela, who admitted to struggling with baby Clara on her own.
To put a stop to this, Tommy blackmailed Jez into getting rid of Leela for good, saying: "It appears that Leela and Joel are on the cusp of getting back together.
"Your efforts to keep them apart haven't exactly worked so I'm going to need you to finish the job."
Tommy said he would make Jez's tapes public and Jez doubted Tommy's threat until he mentioned his alter ego, The Reaper.
Following this, Joel caught Jez snooping at Tommy's flat for the tapes. After Joel said he was friends with Tommy, Jez showed him proof that Tommy had plotted to ruin his life and end his relationship with Leela.

Jez told Joel that Tommy was the one who leaked the video of Leela's rape and that he knew that Joel killed Tommy's brother Billy.
Showing Joel Tommy's notes, Jez said: "It's all there, how he used it to destabilise Leela so he could worm his way into your marriage and tear it apart from the inside."
At Tommy's flat, Joel logged into Tommy's computer, where he found the secret camera he had set up to watch Leela as well as folders containing Tommy's recordings.
Joel confronted Jez and played him a secret recording in which Jez told Tommy that he enjoyed killing people. What will Jez do now that Joel knows his secret?
Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
