Hollyoaks' Lily Best has hinted on social media that she may be bowing out as Lizzie Chen-Williams.
Having originally arrived in the village almost three years ago, Lizzie was a victim of incel Eric Foster back in 2022, getting spiked at the Love Boat and being unconscious, while also being sucked into the evil deeds of Rayne Royce a year later.
That soap drama is now followed by real-life drama amid the soap's major cast cull, which Lily has potentially hinted she could be part of during a fan Q&A on Instagram Stories.

"Pls tell me Lizzie survives the character cuts?!" asked one Instagram user.
Best responded ominously with three side-eye emojis, meaning she's either genuinely at risk of being let go or she's playing with Hollyoaks fans' emotions.

"I can't believe I am writing this and I have taken the last two weeks to process and come to terms with the shock of what I am about to say. I am heartbroken to announce that my character of Cindy has been included in the actors reduction of Hollyoaks," began her emotional social media message.
"As an actress, obviously I understand there are no jobs for life, but with my 28 years on the show, I hoped that Cindy would survive the exciting revamp and continue into its new era, especially as I began playing her in 1996, making me the only original cast member remaining to be included in the cast cull, which I can only describe as gutting."
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
