Hollyoaks is set to reveal the truth about Yazz's mysterious texts from a character called 'Gordon'.
Yazz and Tom Cunningham recently got back together after briefly splitting up earlier in 2023 – but Yazz has remained unhappy over the lack of excitement in her relationship.
In recent episodes, viewers have seen Yazz receiving flirtatious texts from a Gordon character – but not who's sending them.
In scenes set to air in the week commencing Monday, January 8, that will all change.

After Yazz reads the novel, she unblocks Gordon online before cooking lunch for her and her husband Tom.
Later that week, Darren Osbourne confronts Tom after seeing something surprising on his phone and Tom is revealed to be the mysterious Gordon.

He explains the situation by telling Darren that he and Yazz are role-playing.
However, Darren has reservations over whether Yazz knows that Gordon is really him, or if she thinks she's betraying Tom by believing that she's flirting with a stranger.
With these words of warning on his mind, Tom acts off with Yazz, but she is in the dark as to why. Will their relationship survive this latest twist?
