Hollyoaks spoilers follow from Monday's episode on Channel 4 streaming, which doesn't air on E4 until Tuesday.
Hollyoaks tonight (November 27) aired a swooning episode as Peri Lomax (Ruby O'Donnell) went all out for Romeo Nightingale (Owen Warner) as the pair's friendship hung in the balance.
Previously, Peri and Romeo's friendship become something more as they shared a passionate kiss.
Early on in the episode, Peri tried ringing Romeo but it went straight to voicemail. She told her mum that she wanted to sort out the situation. Peri was clearly nervous about doing so, however, as she explained she wasn’t sure how to tell Romeo what she wants to.

Peri told her mum that when she tried to kiss him, he pulled away and, embarrassed, she told him that he was “mourning Rayne more than Jules.” Romeo, as luck would have it, walked in at that moment.

Peri tried talking to Romeo but he said he wasn’t able to speak to her about anything that happened at that moment.
Later, Peri shared her worries with Nadira, who encouraged her to try again and make Romeo listen, even if she doesn’t like what he might have to say in return.

Peri later did just that and told Romeo that he was the only person she can trust and the only one she wants to be around, despite their previous agreement not to be together. Peri said she wanted him in his life no matter what.
Romeo embraced her and explained that he doesn’t know who he is anymore. However, he then dropped the bombshell that he was falling in love with her, leaving Peri shell-shocked.
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4.
