Hollyoaks is set to air a devastating new storyline for Ella Richardson (Erin Palmer) as her private photos are leaked online.
In scenes which will air next week, Mason attempts to win over Ella's affections on the first day back at school. However, the attempt backfires and ultimately pushes her back towards her ex-boyfriend Charlie.
Upset over Charlie and Ella's rekindling relationship, Mason continues to seek dating advice from online forums, unaware that they're being run by radical misogynist Eric Foster.

Later, Charlie's comments about their relationship lead Ella to believe he no longer fancies her. She turns to Leah for advice, who then encourages her to send Charlie private images in order to keep their relationship fun.

Leah later regrets sending the photos and the next day and begs Charlie to delete them.
Meanwhile, back at school, a sports day event ends terribly when tensions between Mason, Charlie and Ella boil over. Upset over her new relationship, Mason launches a ball at Ella which leads to an enraged Charlie chasing him through the school.
The pair argue and Mason ends up being punched by Charlie, landing him in trouble. Upset by his actions, Ella makes a huge decision about the future of their relationship.

Later on, things get worse for Ella as she discovers the photos she sent to Charlie have now been posted online.
Upset, she refuses to go back to school and suspects Charlie was behind the leak, despite his protests of innocence.
Cindy and Nancy are determined to get to the bottom of the situation, believing whoever has Charlie's phone is sure to know what happened. However, just as they get close to uncovering the truth, their attempts are derailed when someone sets off the school fire alarm.
