Determined to help Ella realise she's not alone, Cindy and Nancy came up with a plan to plant a tree in honour of the couple's child.
Charlie's anger once again got the best of him at the memorial when he hit out at Ella for her doubts about carrying on with the pregnancy – before ending their relationship!

With Ella crushed over the events of the last few days, Nancy angrily vented later that Charlie's furious reaction had been "stupid".
Charlie happened to overhear Nancy's comment, wrongly assuming she was calling him "stupid" rather than his recent actions. The teen decided he'd have his revenge on everyone.
Once night fell, Charlie returned to the memorial to take out his fury and grief over the loss of his child by destroying the tree Ella had planted.
