This week in Hollyoaks Joel ends up in danger when Sienna comes across some damning knowledge – and makes a start with her plans to kill him.
After overhearing a conversation in which Joel admits to knowing Warren killed her ex-fiancé Brody, Sienna is left reeling and baying for revenge.
Inside Soap spoke to Rory Douglas-Speed, who portrays Joel, about what Sienna's revenge story may mean for his character.

"Now that Sienna's after Joel I'm worries for my career," he joked. "If Sienna's out to get Joel, he's got big problems!"

He continued: "Joel has a dark side to him, too. We've seen it before, and I’ve been saying for years that we need to see it again."
But Joel might not have time as Sienna is desperate to avenge her late lover, and she has already struck out against Warren. He said the scene where Sienna poisons Warren via a cupcake is "quite a funny scene", with essentially a tea party taking place in the garage.

"Joel's none the wiser to what they've done. Joel believes Sienna's turned over a new leaf and thinks she's happy being with his dad, so he doesn't suspect anything," he added.
If Joel does remain alive despite Sienna's revenge plot, Rory would like him to make friends as "Joel hasn't got any pals!".
"He's got nobody, that's why I don't work with anyone new. I don't think Joel knows half the people in the village, and half the time, I don't even know where Joel stays."
Hollyoaks now streams first on All 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4. Selected omnibus episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video.
