Satisfied that things aren't going as well as John Paul would like to portray, James mocks the pair and claims that they clearly have nothing in common.

Hollyoaks' latest romantic drama comes as the show returns to screens after nearly two months away.
The show airs its comeback episode on Monday, September 7 at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with the next episode premiering on E4 straight afterwards at 7pm.

Hollyoaks' return will include a time jump and some special flashbacks showing viewers what happened at Mitchell Deveraux and Scott Drinkwell's wedding, where a shock crime was committed.
Hollyoaks airs the James and John Paul scenes on Wednesday, September 9 at 7pm on E4 and Thursday, September 10 at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
